Let’s find YOU again, mama.

Hi, I’m Jillian. I’m so glad you’re here.

I help new moms navigate the roller coaster of motherhood and find a sense of joy and calm in their lives.

I get it. You're exhausted, endlessly researching, learning, and re-learning EVERYTHING (…sometimes at 3 am. Okay, fine, oftentimes at 3 am) to meet your baby's ever-changing needs all while juggling the emotional and physical demands of being a new mom.

Sometimes, even the simplest tasks, like showering or texting your friends back, can seem impossible. Oh, and don’t even mention the laundry.

I know that your heart could burst from the love you feel for your little one. It’s an incredible whirlwind. I also know that there are moments of fear, doubt, and loneliness.

You’re not alone.

So many new moms feel this way: like you’re in over your head and questioning every decision (why are there so many decisions?).
It can be a lot to handle, and it's easy to feel overwhelmed.

That's where I come in. Together, we focus on helping you feel whole again.

Whether you’re in the newborn phase, are struggling with staying at home, transitioning back to work, or a years in, I’m here to help.

We’ll find your calm in the chaos, create an emotional and physical wellness plan and identify tools specific to you and your brain to help you manage the unexpected moments. Oh, and all those friends you haven’t texted back? Don’t worry, we’ll work on that too.

In my 1:1 coaching program, I help you:

  • Manage stress and overwhelm

  • Create systems for day-to-day support

  • Prioritize your well-being in this new season of life

  • Learn to regulate your nervous system

  • Understand your postpartum brain and make it work for you instead of against you

  • Reconnect with yourself and your people

If you’re a new mama ready to “just figure it out”, feel better and create a life you love again (without the guilt), I’ve got you.

You’re in the right place if…

Your otherwise happy marriage is struggling through this new life stage.

You feel like you’re always on someone else’s clock. ‘Me’ time? lol, yeah right.

You just want to feel ‘normal’ again.

Anxiety has moved in and is living in your head, rent free.

You can’t seem to stop judging yourself… as a mom, a wife, a friend, a professional.

You feel like you don’t have the capacity to take care of yourself but desperately want to.

Two full days (okay, two weeks) of sleep is all you want.

You heard about the whole mom guilt thing, but never realized it FELT LIKE THIS.

You didn’t expect motherhood to be this lonely. You miss your friends and your relationship with your partner feels different in a way you aren’t sure you like but don’t have the energy to navigate.

You are feeling really, really overstimulated. A lot. Like, please don’t touch me, and if you even think about turning the music any louder, I will absolutely lose it.
